We Create Our Live One Day At A Time

“You will achieve grand dream, a day at a time, so set goals for each day / not long and difficult projects, but chores that will take you, step by step, toward your rainbow. Write them down, if you must, but limit your list so that you won't have to drag today's undone matters into tomorrow. Remember that you cannot build your pyramid in twenty-four hours. Be patient. Never allow your day to become so cluttered that you neglect your most important goal / to do the best you can, enjoy this day, and rest satisfied with what you have accomplished.” ~ Og Mandino

In honor of Labor Day consider the above quote. If this week we try to take our work one day, taking action on the next best step and not allowing ourselves to become overwhelmed with what we can’t get done. Realizing that in doing today what I can do to the best I am able to do it is better than to spend today worried about what I am doing the day after tomorrow. Life has no guarantees there will be anything beyond this moment I have right now. Live in this moment, act in this moment so that we may create our future moments.
